Help 4 Homeless Veterans charity staff myself and trustee Eve Rose Keenan have worked with Jamie Quinn and Sue at Hall Farm on the Therapy Farm project for 8 years.
Back then Jamie hosted BBC Countryfile filming the set up interviewing the veterans.
I spoke to Adam about how a day trip to the farm has proved beneficial to the mental well-being of the many veterans who have enjoyed a trip there.
Many of the visits were funded by generous grants from The Veterans’ Foundation who have supported us not only on this but a number of initiatives over the years.
Many veterans owe Jamie Sue Eve and the Veterans Foundation a debt of gratitude for making a dull day bright.
